What goes into your quote.
Your quote includes the garments and embroidery, priced by placement, design size, and quantity, plus any one-time digitizing needed for a new logo. Custom logo orders start at 12 pieces of one garment (mix colors and sizes).

Can you source specific garments I've found elsewhere?
Send us the brand, style number or product link, and the colors and sizes you need. We'll check availability through our suppliers and suggest alternatives if needed.
Do you handle size collection for my team?
Yes. After your quote is approved, we send a size collection form to gather everyone's sizes. You don't have to chase anyone.
What about reorders when new people join?
We can reuse your approved embroidery file when the design and placement stay the same, so there is no new digitizing fee. Garment availability, current pricing, and the 12-piece custom-logo minimum still apply.
Can I see how my logo will look before the full run?
Yes. We stitch a sample of your logo first and send you photos of the real thing. We sew the rest of your order once you approve it.
How long does a custom apparel order take?
Most orders are made within 1 to 2 weeks of payment, then shipped. US shipping is free and usually takes 3 to 5 business days. For a new logo, the time you take to approve your stitched sample is added. Include your deadline in the quote request so we can confirm the schedule.
